Another day a bit surreal

If it was real I’d complain

My life’s a fairy tale

Believe me it’s amazing

It wasn’t always this way

It was terrible before

My attitude was bad

So mad that I was poor

But then something hit me

A lightning bolt from the sky

The world let me in on

The secret rules to survive

Now I smile all the time

And compliment with ease

I found my positive side

I believe in love and peace

That’s the secret to it all

Believe in them whole-hearted

And you’ll never be needy
